Shingles warranted for a minimum of 25 years. Siding manufacturers warrant their materials for life.
Great Lakes Garage Builders guarantees all labor and construction materials for a full three-year period.
In the event service is needed anytime after the guarantee, Great Lakes Garage Builders offers a lifetime service warranty at a nominal cost.
Our warranty does not cover cracking, pitting or peeling of any concrete work, willful abuse, injury or destruction by fire, windstorm, tornado, flooding or any act of God.
